Brief Biography
My 20+ year career spans print, television and digital media, including the sites of Hearst, Meredith, Time Inc. and iVillage. Currently, I work as a consultant, delivering digital media strategy for leading brands such as Sothebys.com and BobVila.com. My focus is on content strategy and development as well as on social media. Additionally, I author RealSimple.com’s pets blog. I earned a Master of Professional Studies at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, Interactive Telecommunications Program. I’m a member of the Digital Yale Committee and an alumna of Coro’s Leadership NY Program, where selected professionals from the private, public, and non-profit sectors explore NYC’s most pressing urban policy issues.
A lover of all things Italian and one thing Portuguese, I live in Manhattan with my husband and dog. I can be found seriously pursuing photography or humorously impersonating the dog on his tongue-in-cheek blog, “Why Bark When You Can Blog?”
